Nurses associated with face lifting
hospital

With image being the forefront of the celebrity world, plastic surgery has become popular.  More private hospitals and clinics have started to offer patients the option of enhancing their assets, and with style and image having a knock on effect from the celebrity world, many ordinary, working class people are now having their features and assets tampered with, all in the name of looking good.  There are a selection of private hospitals which offer surgery such as facelifting and breast reduction (Brustverkleinerung).  There is a huge amount of competition with regards to hospitals, so a hospital with a good reputation and reputable surgeons is worth its weinwtrnaght in gold.

Behind the scenes at the hospital the staff work day and night, to ensure the best patient care possible at all times.  Before an operation is offered to a patient, the patient will be pre-assessed by a member of the nursing staff, this is to ensure that the patient is fully fit, and that the body would be able to withstand an operation.  They may ask the patient to provide a urine sample, blood test and quite often a chest x-ray is needed.

On the day of the operation, the patient will be given instructions with regards to eating and preparation which is needed prior to the operation.  The patient is then admitted for the operation.  After surgery the patient will receive pain relief from the nurses, and receive a visit from the consultant surgeon who has performed the operation.  Checks will be carried out by the nursing staff post operation, and medication will be given to control the pain.  The nursing staff will try to ensure that the patient is up and out of bed as soon as possible after the operation, but if the patient is unsteady on their feet then this will not be forced.

Prior to discharge the patient will be visited for the final time by the consultant, who will deem the patient fit to go home.  The patient will be sent away with medication and instructions as to dressings etc.

Usually the patient will be asked to contact the hospital with regards to seeing the consultant surgeon 6 weeks post operation.  At this point the surgeon will fully discharge the patient should all be well.  The level of nursing care in any private clinic will be exceptional, as they are on hand to help at all times during a patients stay.
